The Rift S needs more power from the USB port. The Rift S works for maybe 5 minutes, then flickers and eventually goes black. So long story short i bought a rift s that worked flawlessly but came with a faulty left controller so i sent it back to be replaced for a new one, now the controllers are fine but during setup when i plug the mini-displayport it's detected for a few seconds and stops being detected, like there was no displayport plugged in. I order led some shorter extenders hopefully they work.
