Dev Comment: This is a smaller patch, designed to prepare for the launch of Perils in Paradise by weakening a few cards that are warping the meta in a way that could stifle new expansion development. Scabbs Cutterbutter, Tess Greymane, Illidan Stormrage, and Tamsin Roame have been returned to the Hero Pool. 3, launching today, includes the following balance changes to Standard and Battlegrounds. The following Heroes have been adjusted to have less Armor: Yogg-Saron, Hope’s End now has 5 Armor, and 2 Armor in Duos. Maiev Shadowsong now has 5 Armor, and 2 Armor in Duos.
